HELLO NEW CAMERA!! “Yes? Canon? Yeah… this is CharlieBoy808.com? Yeah. Well this is a call to say THANK YOU!!! I will purchase your brand new SD4000 IS. Yes, Thank you”

HAHA No seriously this is the Point and Shoot I’ve been looking for. 10MP backlit CMOS, DIGIC 4 Image Processing, and a 3.8 optical zoom!! The camera is designed to handle a lot of low-light situations (hey that’s what I do!) and also has a f/ 2.0 which is fuckin awesome in my book!

A Game Controller? For Your Phone?! COOL!

Yeah if your reading the title and wondering, “wait wtf did he just say?” Well wonder no longer. This thing exists! Thanks to the folks over at Phandroid.com for providing this little device.

This is intended for Android phones, so I’m sorry all you iPhone people who love your phone. Maybe Steve Jobs should stop dissing on OpenSource then maybe someone might make you one. Anyways, personal grudges aside, this is a BlueTooth device that allows for a new gaming experience on your phone without having to use those annoying on screen buttons. Let’s face it, when your playing a game nothing beats the feeling of a controller in your hand. Which is why I think “Project Natal” is going to fail miserably.

The developers say that making this work with existing games should take no longer than an hour on the publisher’s side.

Hit the links and read up about it then hit me up with a comment on what you think about it.

“I Sue You!” “No! I Sue You!” (Apple would be banned from the US)

It’s not new news that Apple is suing HTC, but now it’s the heat just got turned up!

HTC was the first to do a lot of things that involved “Innovation” and revolutionizing the way we use our phones. I would know I owned one of the first T-Mobile Windows phones (the MDA). In today’s world HTC still makes Windows Mobile phones, but also produces the new Android phones. This is what Apple is scared of, Google. So they sued the little guy HTC.

HTC has come out and said that they were the first to develop the technologies that Apple uses today, but did not patent them as a way to revolutionize the industry. Leaving the freedom to others to do the same. Since then the industry really has changed.

Well on to the topic at hand. Apple is suing HTC for patents but I just found out from Phandroid.com that a company called Elan is already suing Apple for patents based on Multitouch! HAHAHA

I’m sorry if your an Apple person but I find the irony absolutely hilarious! They go as far to say that “…Elan seeks to block Apple from importing its products into the U.S. that use multitouch, including the iPhone, iPod touch, MacBook, Magic Mouse and the iPad, which is due for release on April 3.” That means no Apple products that have a multitouch function will not be able to be sold.

Wow! Microsoft’s Concept Idea Courier

So, I’ve decided to do a little more than just post photo blogs here. Mostly because I been thinking that I would love to share my thoughts and ideas about stuff going on around the world. Well since I have a blog that people actually check out from time to time I’m going to start posting up some stuff that interests me! SO :-p

Anyways, I was going through my Google Reader today and I came across this article from engadget about a concept idea from Microsoft called the Courier. The idea is like having a little touch-screen “book” at about a netbook size. So no it won’t fit in your pocket (unless you rockin’ some old school Junco pants) and it’s not like an iPad. Both screens are touch screen giving you the freedom to do stuff on both sides. Now from the video that engadget has on their site, the concept looks to work well with people who are designers of all types. Of course this is just a concept and I’m sure it doesn’t stop there.

Now comes my opinion on the concept. Engadget did not touch on this part, but the Courier in the video was being used as a book, journal, address book, and a camera while staying in the book orientation. Well I think, what if you turn it and have one screen up and the other as a keyboard/touchpad/multi-touch surface for applications.

Anyways check out the post on their site here!
