Alright, so it has been a while since I had made a post so here goes. Here is the run down of what you will see in this post :)

- The Metromix Launch party at Pearl Ultralounge

Yeah… I don’t know if i’m going to be able to fit that all in here but I’ll give it a shot. HERE GOES!!
First off lets start with Jenna Lee. She wanted to make her boyfriend a wonderful calendar of herself which I though was a very very good idea but she wanted better beach photos. So here I come with my camera! Here are a few shots that I liked.
If you didn’t notice, I used a bit of LAB Coloring to get the sky a very vibrant color. Don’t you think?
My lens started acting up during this part of the shoot…. but i think it still came out fine.

This was an interesting get together where people were networking about their entrepreneur businesses. That is why the party is called “Beer and Business”. The turn out was great and full of wonderful people. Thank you to Christa for suggesting me to be the photog for this event. THANK YOU!
Let’s get things started here… It’s a pretty big deal when your getting interviewed for the even. I can’t wait to see that video.

This is what the party is all about though, having people come and talk about their product or business and share it with people who might be interested in what they have to offer. Like in these photos here.
Well first a brief introduction of what’s going to take place.
Rick from RazzBonic. He offers a Digital Asset Management system for those who need a place to store big files for clients to download from an easy to use website.
First off… lets calm everybody down so that this man can speak hehe
The approach…
Larry from Natural Power Concepts. They are all about renewable energy. They have a design ready for Maui in 2009 to have a sustainable renewable energy source to power parts of Maui. It was really really interesting.
They are working with a guy named John Pitre who is very well established in designing these alternative energy sources. He actually drew out some of his designs on bar napkins many many years ago before this whole issue of global warming was a pit stain on the sweating people of today.
More stuff about Pitre
Ooi. I never got this guy’s name but his service is to do with Social Networking sites and Company websites. He totally shares my ideas about having a Social Networking page for your company website. I think that having a MySpace as a company website is really really dumb. Someone will see it but not always come back to see what you have on there. Totally not the way you want to do business. They offer ways of linking your site to these social networking sites, but making sure that it all leads back to the company site.

Well thats it for that night. I had to head out early because Gwynnelle was waiting in line at Ward for the midnight showing of Twilight. I bought the tickets ahead of time so I had to go hehe.
Next up on the plate Dragon Fly at The W Honolulu. There was supposed to be a guest DJ but I didn’t stay long enough to hear him spin but I did take a bunch of pictures hehe
