Some people think that IT workers just sit in their office all day fixing things remotely. I’m here to say that not all of us do only that. Sometimes I need to go to places that aren’t exactly easy to get to. Here is an example of that. Off in the dark distance is an easy drop off the side of a mountain. That’s not the part that should scare you though. The road is the thing that should scare you but we go up and down these passes all the time so it’s no biggie. It is a lot of fun though LOL It’s long but you get the idea. Sorry didn’t feel like putting much editing to it.

So I get into this session and there are some strange shenanigans going on. I seriously think someone was hacking the game or something because the bullying never stopped until I found a new session. At about 8:00 is when it gets really obvious. Not sure wtf was happening but it totally wasn’t good. If anyone wants to use this for finding the idiots responsible. Go ahead and have fun.

This video might be a bit boring or informative for anyone who saw Kotaku’s post about a new Virtual Reality HUD for World of Warcraft. It’s totally interesting and worth the look at trying. It takes up a lot of screen real estate and a bit of tweaking if you have a different resolution from the creator’s setup of 1600×900. I did have fun with it and I do enjoy the elements that he’s added to it. Here’s the link:

NOTE: If you are going to try this out, I strongly suggest making a backup copy of your Interface and WTF folders. Don’t risk your current setup for this.

For those of you who are wondering, “Why a mechanical keyboard?” Well here’s the reason why. Do you hear that lovely sound? The lovely sound of every successful keystrokes. Those sounds are the absolute bliss that is typing. See back in the day, keyboards were very much so mechanical. They had just been adapted from typewriters and those were highly mechanical. From every press of a key to the hammer on to the ribbon transferring ink to the paper it was the sound of success. Problem back then though is when you screwed up, you had ink on a paper. No real easy way to just push delete. Now of course with modern typing this need for hammer to ink isn’t needed. So the sound went away with it. Well who said you couldn’t still have the sound. Also, another benefit of a mechanical keyboard is durability. Each key is a technical part. They are much more resilient to over mashing and over use. In my case over mashing will be my keys major down fall. This of course is a refurbished model from Razer but it’s guaranteed “Good As New.” They guarantee that this thing will last a good 30 million keystrokes before it starts having problems. I’m good with that. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed the sound of typing. Hell, even when I screw up does it sound good.
