After a very very long wait, I have finally received my LootCrate in the mail. They have just changed how their shipments were getting handled but the wait was killing me. I mean seriously checking the mailbox everyday! Mine isn’t right outside the front door. I got to walk to the middle of my apartment structure to get it. Some might say exercise, I say wasted energy :-P

Here’s is my test of the new UI 2.0.
First things first, I love love love love how it looks. Very good looking but my biggest headache with the whole experience was that damn sound it makes whenever mouse over anything on the screen. If we could get some options to disable that sound it would be great!
Secondly, I’m sure this is an improvement from the current UI where tonnage is concerned but at the same time a flaw. As I was trying to bring down weight from armor, I got a nice whole number of one available, but when I went to add my one DHS, it showed invalid. I brought down the armor just a bit more til it read “XX.9” and that solved the issue of not being able to put on the extra DHS. Maybe if there was a way to describe the the tonnage as “XX.XX” (w/ two decimals) it might get a bit more exact.
Third would just that all of the equipment was not showing any descriptions. I’m not sure if that just because it’s not available or ready yet. I hope that’s the case because it’s pretty hard to guess what the weight of everything is without it.
Fourth is double click remove. It just wouldn’t go. It did once but when it did, double click add didn’t work. So it was reversed. After it did that the one time (being reversed) it failed to apply the new load out.

Boating is bad but still funny as hell. This is an attempt to play this mech without blowing up. Tried a few times just out of shear amusement to alpha a target and as funny as it is, it’s also terrible for my K/D. So instead, I chain fired ER-PPCs and PPCs in different weapon groups. Each group for extended or not so extended range.

Discussing with friends about the “One Hit Wonder” Battlemaster 1G. I don’t suggest trying this in gameplay unless you don’t plan on doing anything in the match.
