Day 049/365: A tiny crack, a big problem
So, this Friday, trying to get all my work done and I hear someone screaming my name. It sounded a bit panicked. I go over and I hear, “Your CD drive just blew up a CD.” Well to be fair, a drive doesn’t blow up a CD, the speed at which a cracked CD spins blows up a CD. Just a tiny crack can expand in an instant inside of a CD drive. Looks like it might be time to take a look at what we have physically and start converting it to something else to be use. After I took the drive out and shook it out for the photo effect it still sounded like a box of cereal inside the drive. Lesson to be learned here, old discs will do this quick if you don’t notice the crack.
Day 048/365: The Biological Testing Site
Ok, maybe not that serious. Out back behind the building is a bad spigot that is just constantly leaking. However long it’s been going for has started to allow life to grow. Who knew in the middle of a desert you could grow algae. Among other things this area of gross shit is not going away anytime soon. We’ll see if it all can handle the summer heat when it gets there.
Day 047/365: The cuteness of my mornings
There are some days where the cuteness of my morning is supreme. Woke up on this morning to the sight of my two babies knocked the F out. I like this better than her running around the apartment causing chaos.
BTW, I’m trying to catch up with all my posts but that is proving to be a serious pain in my anus. I have been taking pictures though LOL
Day 046/365: My little dude
Been home feeling shitty for the past couple of days but he’s been just hanging out with me. Whether I’m in bed or in the living room trying to make the best of it, he’s somewhere near by. My little dude. LOL
Day 045/365: My office for the day
So as the weekend came to an end I realized that I wasn’t any better so I just called in sick. If you saw the photo from Sunday then you know that I probably shouldn’t be going into work at a place that involves microphones.. However, being in IT makes it some what possible for me to do work from home. Remote desktop and VPN makes this life possible. However, I can’t see what is going on physically. I also still need to swap my offsite storage backups. #FML
Day 044/365: So things aren’t getting better
WTF Man! Seriously this isn’t getting any better. No one else is effected by what I have so I can’t say for sure it’s contagious. All I know is that it’s getting harder to open my mouth, harder to talk and see, and harder to eat. My gums inside my mouth are in serious pain. Today I made a smoothie thinking it’ll be easy to drink my meal but no that was not the case. Just trying to be strong here but it’s not easy right now.
Day 043/365: Not much to report…
So my weekend comes up and I spent it indoors away from everything I can think of because I can barely see now. #FML not sure what else to say other than, nothing to see here. :-(
Day 042/365: Coming home
So I went out to Vegas feeling a bit crappy but still made the best of it. By the end of the trip, crappy turned into wtf is going on. Later after getting home I spent another 2 and half hours to get told, “Let’s see what a blood test tells us.” Took nearly an hour and a half to just get seen. Oh wells hopefully Monday has something to tell us.

Day 041/365: This made me so happy
Yes, it may be an optical illusion but there is nothing wrong with a little “Theater of the Mind.” Could you imagine having that many lenses? The arsenal of that line-up is immense! I can’t lie, it make me very happy. Too happy to form good sentence.
