Many might ask that question I believe if they came to my desk. Honestly, I want it there. If I had a second camera I would put that one there so that it can watch what my hands do during a broadcast.
Nothing really special really right? However, if you at it from this perspective I think you’ll understand why. You’re watch a race on TV and they cut to an in car camera. You get to see first hand almost exactly what the driver sees. They then have a camera pointed at his feet as they dance across the pedals. Switch stations and now we are watching a football game and from right behind the quarterback floats down a view of the play from behind. He’s sacked and you see where the offensive lineman broke through the line and tackled his man from behind.
I’m not sure if you see what I’m saying, but wouldn’t it be great to see the same action coming from the turn tables?
